How It Works
“What happens after I schedule my first appointment?”
You will a couple of emails:
A confirmation for the appointment.
A link to fill out our questionnaire.
Within the questionnaire, you’ll have to option to provide any existing estate planning documents (Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney, etc.)
Alternatively, you can include any documents as attachments and email us directly.
“Do I need to prepare anything for my initial consultation?”
Please provide us with any previous estate planning documents or any relevant information before our meeting.
If you choose to do a video call, please make sure that you have a good internet connection during our meeting.
“What happens after my initial consultation?”
If we determine that an additional consultation is needed before moving forward, we will coordinate that meeting before signing any kind of representation agreement.
Upon confirming you wish to proceed, within 24 hours you will receive an engagement letter with the fee agreement and any additional forms needed for your case.
You will need to return these initial documents and make the initial fee payment before we begin working on the case.
Once you have signed and paid and we open your file, we will send you a Client Portal invitation so you can upload or send:
any sensitive or private documents (IDs, Passports, Account Statements, etc.)
any messages that may contain important or sensitive information
