How It Works

“What happens after I schedule my first appointment?”

  • You will a couple of emails:

    • A confirmation for the appointment.

    • A link to fill out our questionnaire.

      • Within the questionnaire, you’ll have to option to provide any existing estate planning documents (Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney, etc.)

      • Alternatively, you can include any documents as attachments and email us directly.

“Do I need to prepare anything for my initial consultation?”

  • Please provide us with any previous estate planning documents or any relevant information before our meeting.

  • If you choose to do a video call, please make sure that you have a good internet connection during our meeting.

“What happens after my initial consultation?”

  • If we determine that an additional consultation is needed before moving forward, we will coordinate that meeting before signing any kind of representation agreement.

  • Upon confirming you wish to proceed, within 24 hours you will receive an engagement letter with the fee agreement and any additional forms needed for your case.

  • You will need to return these initial documents and make the initial fee payment before we begin working on the case.

  • Once you have signed and paid and we open your file, we will send you a Client Portal invitation so you can upload or send:

    • any sensitive or private documents (IDs, Passports, Account Statements, etc.)

    • any messages that may contain important or sensitive information
